Super mario sunshine blue flower thing?

Ok I found this new hidden level where you have to use the rocket nozzle to the left of delfino plaza, where the palms are on the side of the cliff.


anyways, that is not my question. How do you kill these blue ball things(same that are all aver the right side of the windmill area in front of the lake) that bury on the ground when you approach them. if you get to close they'll start shooting rocks all over and hurt you. It's the only thing I need to kill to finish that level.

Ok, first of all you squirt them with F.L.U.D.D.


Then do the ground pound ontop of them, by pressing A and then L.


Is that the level with the really long grass??


P.S You need 120 shine sprites to win!

Reply:u might want shoot water at them from a distance, and as soon as they are temporarily stunned u jump on them. be sure to be very quick.
Reply:Squirt, then stomp. If you have trouble aming, go on top of the borders, and go over-the-shoulder, or just hold R and push A for a wave-like splash.
