Why won't my blue passion flower bloom, it's got loads of buds but they will not open?

Your blue passion flower, passiflora caerulea, unfortunately will not flower outdoors this time of year in UK. I have one in my conservatory, it is in bloom, and hopefully I will have a flower on Xmas day to enable me to tell my grand kids the story of the Last Supper. I also have them outdoors, and look forward to seeing this exotic plant flower in full glory in the early summer. Roll on spring...............

Being a Passon Flower you need to give it lots of love
Reply:It's too cold in the UK now for the buds on your passion flower to open.Sorry to say,if the present cold spell continues,it may not survive a prolonged hard frost. If the plant is too large to move indoors, consider a covering of straw, bracken or similar in and around the foliage for protection.
Reply:gunakan pupuk kandang
Reply:Does it get enough sunshine in the morning?
Reply:I think these are one of the coolest flowers ever. This time of year they get less light and it's not as warm. So just wait untill late spring and summer then it will bloom. Mine are healthy and growing but not blooming, it's normal.
