I can't think of anything that has both white and dark blue flowers. The first thing that came to mind is catbriar/greenbriar and mile-a-minute, but it's probably not either of those. Could it be morning glory? I've seen morning glory vines with small white blooms. Those curly things are called tendrils and are common on climbing vines.

It's definitely not Vinca. Vinca is a bedding plant. It doesn't climb or make tendrils. There is an unrelated plant called Vinca Vine, but I've never seen it flower.
Reply:It's hard to say without a better description (such as the number and arrangement of leaves, patterns on the leaves, form of blooms, etc.)

There is a variety of Vinca that fits your general description. Most Vinca produce blue-purple blooms, but some do produce white.
