vinca vines. i have some. they are very hard to get rid of. mine have blue flowers that are small 5 petals and green leaves. they fit the description well

Reply:It could be vinca or creeping myrtle. I think it's also called periwinkle.

Reply:Vinca has small blue flowers and spreads. Hard to tell without a picture.
